By accessing pawtrica.com ("the Website") or placing an order with Pawtrica Distribution LLC ("Pawtrica," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.
1. Eligibility & wholesale accounts
- Our products are offered for wholesale distribution to businesses that purchase for resale.
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to bind your business to these terms.
- You must provide a valid resale certificate and business documentation upon request. We may decline or cancel any account or order at our discretion.
2. Orders, pricing, and payment
- All prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Confirmed quotes are honored for 30 days.
- Orders are not binding until confirmed by Pawtrica in writing.
- Payment is due at the time of order unless net-30 terms have been approved in writing. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
- Sales tax is charged only where required by law; exempt wholesale orders require a valid resale certificate on file.
3. Shipping & delivery
- Shipping is FOB Austin, TX unless otherwise agreed. Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the carrier.
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary by destination and carrier conditions.
- You are responsible for inspecting deliveries and reporting damage or shortage within 5 business days of receipt.
4. Returns & damages
- Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or credited in full when reported within 5 business days of delivery.
- Defective products may be returned within 30 days with a return authorization number.
- Opened consumable products (food, treats, supplements) cannot be returned due to food-safety regulations.
- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the error was ours.
5. Product information & liability
- Product images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes and may not be perfectly accurate.
- We make no warranty that products are suitable for your customers' specific pets; consult product labels and a veterinarian where appropriate.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawtrica's total liability arising out of or related to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
6. Intellectual property
The "Pawtrica" name, logo, branding, and all content on the Website are the property of Pawtrica Distribution LLC and may not be used or reproduced without our prior written consent. Product brand names belong to their respective owners.
7. Use of the website
- You may not use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Website.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or scrape or harvest data from the Website.
- Any information you submit must be accurate, complete, and current.
8. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
